Coaching results are not guaranteed. The outcomes you experience depend on many factors including your engagement, your circumstances, your effort, and factors outside our control. We will work in good faith and bring our best to every engagement. We make no promises about specific results, financial outcomes, or life changes.
Any examples or testimonials shown on our site reflect the experiences of individual clients. They are not promises of similar results for you.
Pricing for our services is shown on the relevant page of this site at the time of purchase. We may change pricing for new customers at any time.
Pierce Through Limits memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis: monthly memberships renew every month, annual memberships renew every twelve months. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. You will receive renewal reminders for annual memberships in advance of renewal as required by applicable law.
Clarity Calls are charged at the time of booking.
1:1 Coaching investment terms are agreed in writing in your engagement agreement.
Pierce Through Limits: includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund with no questions asked. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.
Clarity Calls: see Section 7 (cancellation policy below).
1:1 Coaching: refund and cancellation terms are specified in your engagement agreement.
Free downloads: no refund applies; they are provided at no cost.
For Clarity Calls, please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. If we need to cancel or reschedule on our end, we will work with you to find a new time or refund you fully.
Pierce Through Limits memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account or by emailing info@liampierce.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
All content on this site, including frameworks, methodologies, courses, recordings, written materials, branding, audio, video, and the methodology Liam teaches, is owned by Liam Pierce Ltd. Co. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may use what we share with you for your personal, non-commercial benefit. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of any original content you create yourself.
Coaching sessions and group calls may be recorded for the participant's benefit and for our records. Recordings are not shared publicly without your permission, with the exception of generic group teaching content where individual identification is removed.
Information shared in private community spaces and coaching sessions is treated as confidential among participants. By participating, you agree not to share other members' personal information, stories, or contributions outside the community without their explicit permission. Confidentiality is not legally privileged, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Members agree to engage respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, illegal activity, spamming, or self-promotion not approved by us may result in removal from the community without refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site, services, or community at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in behavior we determine in our sole discretion is harmful to us, our other clients, or our community. In good-faith terminations we may offer a prorated refund. In cases of bad-faith conduct, no refund will be issued.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Liam Pierce Ltd. Co. or its officers, employees, contractors, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our website, materials, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our site or services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liam Pierce Ltd. Co. and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these terms; (b) your misuse of the site or services; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
The materials appearing on the Liam Pierce website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on this site are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on this site at any time without notice.
We may link to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. We have not reviewed all such linked sites and are not responsible for the contents or practices of any linked site. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations when such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, internet or utility failures, or labor disputes.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation in South Carolina before resorting to litigation.
You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against us. The arbitrator or court may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if it cannot be modified, severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any engagement agreement signed for 1:1 Coaching, constitute the entire agreement between you and Liam Pierce Ltd. Co. regarding the use of our website and services, and supersede any prior agreements between us on the same subject.
We may revise these terms at any time without notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. By continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
